400ml Croft Pink
90ml Cognac
200ml Sparkling wine
90ml Lemon juice
90ml Simple syrup
24 seedless black grapes
12 dashes of Angostura bitters
Ice cubes

Simple Syrup: Add 500ml of water and 500g of sugar into a medium hot pan, stir until the sugar is dissolved. Turn off the heat as soon as it starts to boil.
Place most of the grapes in a jug. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Add ice cubes. Decorate with the remaining grapes.
