Red fruits (3 of each):
2 Lime wedges
Sugar Syrup: Add 500ml of water and 500g of sugar into a medium hot pan and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Turn off the heat as soon as it starts to boil. Place the syrup into a bottle with lid.
Place the lime, the red fruits and 15ml of syrup in the the glass. Muddle and add crushed ice before pouring Croft Pink to top.
